Seasons Eating!

Recently I had dinner with friends at a restaurant called Seasons 52 (http://www.seasons52.com/). It's an interesting concept focusing on fresh, seasonal foods and a calorie controlled menu with all entrees weighing in at 475 calories or less. They have a large wine list, including dozens by the glass. It's a great concept and the restaurant was a full house on my visit.

The menu featured some yummy appetizers and our party shared the ripe plum tomato flatbread and stuffed mushrooms. They were flavorful with a lovely presentation. Entrees included a good selection of seafood, foul, and beef, along with pasta, salads, and vegetarian plates. The best part, of course, was dessert! The desserts are all served out of little shot glasses. These petite treats allow the diner to enjoy a little concentrated sweetness (alongside some warm, dark coffee of course) in a proper portion.

The secret at Seasons 52 is something you can easily do at home...portion control! Don't forget to pay attention to your portions (while you're eating out or at home), read labels (how many servings are in that bag of chips?), and have a plan. Seasons eating!

Good Tip, thanks, very helpful considering I'm still getting to know Atlanta.
